About Jennifer Thoburn

Hi, I'm Jennifer – an award-winning photographer, videographer and creative director based on the Lancashire and Yorkshire border. For more than 15 years, I've been helping businesses, couples and families tell their stories through natural, creative photography and cinematic video.

I work throughout Lancashire, Yorkshire, Manchester and across the UK, specialising in wedding photography, commercial photography, branding photography, product photography, family photography and professional videography.

Before launching Jennifer Thoburn Photography, I built my career as a professional photographer and Art Director, working with leading retailers, national brands, magazines and creative agencies. That commercial experience allows me to combine creative vision with technical expertise, ensuring every photoshoot is carefully planned while still feeling relaxed and natural.

My Studio

I'm based at my professional photography studio in Higherford Mill, Lancashire, conveniently located less than an hour from both Leeds and Manchester.

The studio is fully equipped for commercial photography, branding shoots, product photography, headshots, family portraits, newborn photography and professional videography, while many commercial and wedding projects take me across the UK on location.
